Before You Apply

Before You Apply

Please download and read the Keller Farmers Market Vendor Handbook before proceeding.

KFM Vendor Handbook (opens in a new tab)

Application does not equal approval.

Completing an application does not mean you are approved. Applications are used to select vendors for the 2026 season. If approved and scheduled, you will receive a separate confirmation email from KFM.

To be a KFM vendor, you must select all three options below.

Checking the boxes above serves as your electronic signature.
Step 2 of 6

Business and Contact

Please select the type of application you will be completing today:

Business Address

Website and Social Links

As part of the application review process, we look at each vendor from the perspective of our market customers. Please provide full links to any websites or social platforms you currently use to showcase or market your business. Providing links is strongly encouraged because it helps us better understand your business, brand, and customer presentation. However, we understand that not every vendor has a website or social media presence yet. You will have additional opportunities in the application to describe your products, offerings, and market setup in more detail.

Step 3 of 6

Requested Market Dates

Help us build the most accurate schedule

We are keeping applications open longer so we can plan precisely. That means the dates you pick matter. A date may still be requested when it is currently full; that request will be reviewed for the waitlist.

  • Choose only the dates you can realistically attend.
  • Do not select all just to finish quickly - it creates gaps and hurts planning for vendors and customers.
  • Accurate selections ensure fair placement, balanced categories, and the right number of food trucks and staff.

Attendance policy: If you miss more than 2 markets without telling us ahead of time, we may clear all remaining dates from your schedule.

We understand things happen during the season. Please reach out in advance to update your schedule.
